Customer relationship management through business process transformation of enterprises, homogenization of the changes to the guest apartment layout, personalized, make it really take the customer as the center, effectively the customer value into the core competitive ability and marketing ability, profit ability of enterprises, in order to fully meet customer effectively demand, maximizing the benefits of enterprise management.Based on the theory of customer relationship management, trying to follow the logic of discovery framework, analyze and solve problems, using the method of combining theory and practice, systematic analysis of the current situation of customer relationship management of Qiaoxi Branch, making the actual closed customer relationship management,that is important.This paper based on the theory of customer relationship management are expounded in this paper, through research, analysis of the CRM theory, referring to domestic and foreign research results, combined with the actual situation in Qiaoxi Branch, on the status of the implementation of customer relationship management and the existing problems were summarized, devoted to the Construction Bank West Branch implementation of CRM should take strategy, by improving the organizational structure, business process optimization; improve the quality of data, the integration of information resources; establish and improve the information technology system with CRM as the core business; marketing innovation; according to the actual customer segmentation; improving employee relations, so as to realize the Qiaoxi branch banking competition, to maintain the core competitiveness and cultivation of bank customer loyalty the purpose of. Finally, this paper puts forward to want to take the customer as the center, increase customer stickiness,to ensure the sustainable development of ascension and branch performance.
