The Analysis And Design Of Fixed Assets Management System Based On Event Approach

With the development and the extensive application of computer technology, network technology and modern information technology, the human has entered a completely new era of information economy and the enterprise management has entered into the information era. In the fierce competition market, it is represent the general trend to combine the modern information technology and the advanced management concept, when enterprise management is more and more important. Fixed assets management is one of the important parts in enterprise management, considering its features including high value, long period, scattered distribution and difficult to manage. There are many problems in the current enterprise fixed assets management system, for example data transferring delay, no cohesion in functional departments and et al.To develop the fixed assets management, it is necessary to introduce the concept of Event Approach instead of Value Approach. In event approach accounting, the accountant collects and provides the original transaction information. It has leading and innovative significance to introduce Event Approach into Fixed Assets Management. The management system innovates originally in information collection mode instead of only collection the original certificate. In the management system, the data entry will be completed by multiple departments in the enterprise, which ensures data accuracy and timeliness. Meanwhile, the management system will provide kinds of report forms for enterprise understanding the usage and utilization of their fixed assets at any time.In my research, events certificate were designed and classified through analysis the enterprise business process. To develop the management system, system analysis and design, computer modeling and introducing Event Approach into Fixed Assets Management were done. The management system was designed based on B/S framework and web technology. At last, to show our finding, the management system was tested logically by designed testing examples.The innovation of my research:⑴ Event Approach was introduced into Fixed Assets Management System and the theoretical basis of which was subverted.⑵ Events certificate were designed and classified through analysis the enterprise business process, and these certificate could ensure the system effective and comprehensive operation.⑶ Fixed Assets Management System was developed by using web technology and the system was tested logically by designed testing examples.
