Research On Influencing Factors Of Uers’ Continuance Intention Of Online Document Sharing Platform

Online document sharing platform is a special kind of network information resource, users could upload their documents such as text, tables to the platform and share with other users. Online document sharing platform has rapidly developed since its inception, it has been an important source by which people could search for information. But at present the research about online document sharing platform is still relatively little, particularly from the user perspective. We have first explored the affecting factors of users’ continued use willingness about the online document sharing platform in this article, which is meaningful in theory and practical.By adopting the relevant research results of ECT in this paper, we have taken user satisfaction as the important affecting factors of continued use willingness. Based the internet nature of the platform, we have transformed the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the TAM model into web user friendliness and web functionality. Meanwhile, we have adopted the system quality and information quality of the information system success model to further improve the theoretical model. As the C2 C feature of the platform, we have also adopted web trustworthiness and taken it as the important affecting factor of users’ web perception.After we collected questionnaires, we used smart PLS to analyze the data and we get satisfying results: the entire hypothesis is significant. The empirical results show that, user satisfaction has a very significant and positive impact on the user continued use willingness. We also verified that web trustworthiness had a positive impact on users’ perception, namely web user friendliness and functionality in the online document sharing platform. Meanwhile, we also verified that web user friendliness played part of the mediating affect between web trustworthiness and web functionality, web functionality played part of the mediating affect between web user friendliness and user satisfaction, web information quality played part of the mediating affect between web functionality and user satisfaction. Therefore, in order to better promote the development the platform, the platform should better protect user information, improve web design and provide more comprehensive and accurate information.
