Research On The P2P Microfinance Business Operation In China

The birth of the Internet finance has been changing people’s lives from the space and time, in order to solve the problem of supply and demand of the misallocation of resources, which has brought great changes in the world. In recent years, with the help of Internet technological innovation and network platform, P2 P network is to solve the capital demand of small credit problems for the low income people and small or medium-sized enterprises; it is really a kind of resource allocation of financial model.This paper is based on the theory of asymmetric information, adverse selection theory and transaction cost theory as the starting point, on the basis of literature development of micro credit P2 P network in recent years, through the methods of case analysis and comparative analysis, the paper analyzed and discussed operation mode of the P2 P network in detail. Secondly, Innovation point of this paper is to research objects as an important part of the Internet financial, novel perspective and research method innovation, highlights the importance of Internet operation mode; the traditional industry has become the mainstream of the era of Internet. Finally, in this paper, I am taking Lufax as an example, to think and analyze the product design, interest rate pricing, operation process and risks in depth etc. Through this process, I found the interest rate pricing traps and operation risks, to reflect the problems and infer the internal and external problems in P2 P network of microfinance industry. Aiming at the existing problems and putting forward the corresponding policy recommendations to better promote the development of P2 P network industry and other Internet financial new things, perfecting the financing system of Finance in China. Finally, it makes a great contribution to the economy of our country.
