Since the 1960 s, the services sector in a country’s economic development has been increasing. Level of development of the service sector has been the basic signs of a country’s economic and social development, especially producer services, it has become the propulsion of economic development. Judging from previous scholars’ studies, Producer services have agglomeration characteristics and agglomeration of producer services occurred in economically developed areas in our country. Therefore, this paper choose the major cities of China’s three economic circles with economically strategic position as the research object, I hope by the status quo and influencing factors of productive service agglomeration, to better guide the three major economic circles’ productive service industry development and make Producer services play the role as engine during the economic development. The study found: Although the service industry develops rapid in three economic circles, but the development of local producer services do not get enough attention. The proportion of producer services is not high in the service sectors; another producer services’ agglomeration has uneven development in various cities. This shows that the development of the producer services in three major economic circles do not form a "tacit agreement" to some extent. Thus it is difficult to produce a synergistic effect on economic. Among the agglomeration factors of producer services in this paper, economic opening levelã€the level of information and city size are common factors that significantly affect the gathering of producer services and its sub-sectors. Impact of human capital and city size is different. The results of these studies can be used as a theoretical basis. The result makes it easy to put the appropriate policy recommendations. Policy suggests in this paper unfold around ways to improve economic opening levelã€the degree of government interventionã€the level of informationã€city size and the level of human capital of the major cities in three economic circles. |
