Made in China 2025 strategy has objectively post new claims for the technology evolvement and development pattern of traditional industry. The maturity and unitary of Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Industrial Big-data and Cyber-Physical Systems has also pushed the integration of the industrial heterogeneous and isomeric networks. The further demand of the updating the utility of supply chains claims the decline of value loss rate in supplier management system imminently.Today the service systems of world’s major automotive OEMs and their suppliers distinguish from each other because of their own management states and different value loss rate, which leads to uneven Anti-Chaos Levels. Establishing a common assessment system to compare the horizontal utilization rate of procurement value of different auto companies and to provide the reference orientation for services innovation, is an urgent need corresponding with the new auto manufacturing environment for supplier management services.In this paper, I put forward concepts of the supplier relationship service entropy and the service anti-chaos level based on information entropy and service innovation theory. And then I constructed the structural entropy and operational entropy models, analyzed the anti-chaos levels, and provided the computational example and case verification.Firstly, I refined the structural characters of the process which supplier relationship management service evolved from the primary purchase function to current enterprise strategy. And I summarized the fundamental impetus of service innovation which technology, logistic and information capability help update the anti-chaos level of supplier relationship management structures and management methods. Then I built the topology models and basic service entropy model.Secondly, in this paper I analyzed the development of the logistic and informational value indexes. I made using of the buyer-supplier differential model and the model of supplier’s unit value system to build the operational entropy model, did simulation analysis utilizing Matlab and cast the contrast to enterprise practice to propose the orientation of service innovation based on operational anti-chaos level and efficiency.Finally, I sort out the evaluation system of the operational entropy of supplier relationship service. Besides I provided a case study to verify operability and effectiveness as a valuable source of reference.
