The Evolution Logic Of Urbanization From The Perspective Of Factor Agglomeration

With the new urbanization connotation gradually clear, to speed up the process of urbanization has become the new requirements of China’s national strategy. How to promote the construction of new urbanization in the new normal economy background, has become an important problem of the social and economic development in china. In this paper, with the new urbanization process as the starting point, the basic process of industrial cluster, in the elements of the system and mechanism, combing the basic logic of China’s new urbanization development, and explored the new urbanization development strategy in line with the law requirements of China’s economic and social development.This paper is mainly based on element agglomeration theory, the theory of industrial agglomeration and urbanization theory, analyze the evolution process of the new urbanization, structure innovative theoretical framework, put forward the view that with the agglomeration perspective to observe the new urbanization process. According to the "stage of logic elements-- Industrial Agglomeration-- City Agglomeration" and "hierarchical logic elements-- elements" for the study of the process of the new urbanization, new urbanization is put forward to the comparative advantage of factor driven process, the comparative advantage of factor is determined by the regional difference of factor endowment, and the new urbanization agglomeration factor in the evolution of market mechanism and government mechanism analysis.
