Based On QPL Company Working Capital Management Under Thesupply Chain Research

Working capital is the blood of business operation. It has a very important role of the integration of various elements resources in the company’s operation and management. And in the development of the current enterprise operation and management working capital is always running through the work of the turnover of funds, funds and settlements, plays an optimization of important role of enterprise financial management, and is closely related with the economic benefits of enterprises and the future development. Since the 21 st century, the domestic theoretical research on working capital management have made a certain progress, However, the case study based on supply chain management of working capital is relatively lacking. And practical aspects, many domestic textile and garment enterprises do not have to pay enough attention to working capital management, also not to set up perfect working capital management system. According to the analysis of specific cases and summarizing, it can complement the theory deficiency of working capital, help the company to make effective working capital management policy, improve the level of working capital management, and have very important meaning for both theory and practice. The company analyzes working capital from the perspective of supply chain, analyzes the concept and theory of supply chain, analysis of present situation of working capital from the height of the corporate strategy, makes a certain progress in the management concept, management means, management mode and so on, and sets up the new working capital management’s scheme which is adapted with the modern market environment, which enhances the level of working capital management and improves the competitiveness effectively.This paper researches working capital management based on supply chain, which takes textile and garment enterprise QPL company for example. QPL company belongs to large apparel manufacturing enterprises, which has eight centers, Clothing development center, industry development center, clothing production center, footwear production center, brand management, marketing management center, financial center and administrative center of human, and three departments, general manager office, purchasing department, information department, and non-permanent institutions- strategic development committee. Although QPL company made progress in working capital management now, it still has some problems to be solved.QPL company based on the actual analysis under the supply chain operating funds management present situation, points out that QPL company working capital management of supply chain under the existing problems and the causes of existing problems, and the QPL company’s working capital management under supply chain optimization design and implementation of prediction effect analysis of optimized scheme, for clothing enterprises and even the entire textile industry hope that this article research the actual method of support and reference for the management of working capital.This paper mainly adopts the method of combining normative research and case study, firstly analyzing the relevant theories, including the theory of supply chain management, working capital management theory and the study of the theory of the combination of supply chain and the management of working capital, secondly, the QPL company introduction and analysis of QPL company under the supply chain operating funds management present situation, points out that the supply chain under the QPL company problems existing in the management of working capital and the analysis of the causes of existing problems, and finally, further to the QPL company’s working capital management under supply chain optimization design and the analysis of the implementation of the optimized prediction effect. In the end, thesis points out the shortage of research papers, and the optimized QPL company’s working capital management under supply chain.In general, This paper analysis existing problem and reason of QPL company in working capital management and optimizes in purchasing, production and sales link, in order to improve the supply chain under the management of working capital, standardize enterprise management, better avoid encountered in enterprise management and market risk, reduce unnecessary economic loss; At the same time to save the costs of the enterprise, strive to improve the flow of the company’s funds ability and the profitability of the enterprise.
