With the growth of commodity economy and the enhancement of people’s living standard, it boost costume retailing industry to keep improving and combining. Costume retailing trends to apply SPA business mode for its development. However, by the challenge of e-commerce, the traditional stores have to change its marketing strategies.For the internal factor of fashionable costume shop, the sense of identity and belongings can help employees take initiative to marketing transactions. For the external factor, the store can provide the products or services with high quality to its target customers as well as establish owning brand awareness. By rights of differentiated marketing strategies, the store can penetrate the market more easily so that the customers can have personalized service in the store which is different from traditional consuming.Due to the traditional business mode of costume retail store is lacking of owning image positioning, this essay will explore the employment of “Image Design” mode in costume retailing business to establish fashionable and personalized store mode. According to the design of store image, integrating with emotional and service marketing, the store can build its brand awareness and occupy the market share in a competitive status.The theoretical study combines the costume image design with costume retailing theories to explain the importance of characteristic and fashion in costume marketing. Firstly, both of them have highly similarity to customers. Secondly, the combination of the two can bring best to each other. Based on marketing research and analysis, the young people is the target audiences of this mode. Lynn Shop contributes more to the research. The researcher discussess its marketing strategies of the costume image design store and conclude its key successes factors: personalized service, unique design positioning, product structure and market plan. Integral costume image design provides wonderful and personalized consuming space. At the same time, it helps consumers enhance their aesthetics and taste.
