Research On The Development Mode And Policy Of New Energy Automotive Industry Under The Background Of Low Carbon Economy

With the increasing pressure of environmental governance and the fossil energy shortage, the development of new energy vehicles has attracted great attention of governments. In order to gain the competitive advantage in the new round of the automobile revolution,governments introduced policies to support it. Since 1991 China began the research and development of new energy vehicles, in different stages of the development of new energy vehicles to formulate corresponding policies to encourage, many car companies are also vigorously develop the new energy vehicles when they under the policy support, but after 20 years of development, the new energy automobile market of our country is still cold, the government encourages policy did not receive the expected results. The purpose of this paper is to find out the factors which restrict the development of new energy vehicle market, and puts forward the solutions. Firstly, this paper uses the method of literature study to understand the current status of new energy vehicles at home and abroad, summarizes the research achievements and insufficiencies, determine the starting point of this thesis; Secondly, theories related to the development of new energy automotive industry as the foundation, using quantitative analysis method carries on the analysis of our country, American and Japan’s new energy automobile support policies, combined with the current situation of the development of new energy vehicles in China, puts forward the factors of restricting the development of new energy vehicles; thirdly, analyzing the innovation model of new energy vehicle which uses the method of case analysis on the domestic BYD, Tesla of American and Toyota of Japan; finally, draw lessons from the development experience of the developed countries and combining with the development status and problems of new energy vehicles in China, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the support policies and the business model innovation. This paper believes that, in terms of policy in our country should define the boundary of policy intervention and important the role of market regulation, intensify propaganda, develop potential consumers, improve the patent technology management measures; should innovate energy supply model in the innovation mode, improve the industry profit space, improve the supporting facilities construction, to strengthen cooperation between the industrial chain, a breakthrough technology bottleneck, innovative business model, to meet the market demand for personalized.
