Research Of The Nurture Of New-style Agricultural Management Entities In Yunnan Province

In recent years, although China’s grain harvest for years, but the pressure in the sustainable development of agriculture is increasing. Only by promoting agricultural modernization and accelerating the transformation of agricultural development mode can change this situation. If we want to change the situation that relies on resource consumption, agricultural capital input and the extensive management of ecological environment, we must pay attention to improve the quality and efficiency of intensive management. At the present stage of china’s agricultural transformation, cultivating and developing the new type of agricultural management main body is the necessary request requirement to accelerate the agriculture modernization.The eighteen National Congress of the CPC report clearly pointed out that “to uphold and improve the basic rural operation system; maintaining farmers land contract and management rights in accordance with the law; to strengthen the collective economic strength and development of farmers’ professional cooperation and stock cooperation; to cultivate the new operators and develop various forms of scale operation; building intensive, professional, organized and socialization with the combination of new agricultural management system.”This article, in the first, defines the concepts of the family farm, professional cultivated and large farm, farmers’ professional cooperatives, and leading agricultural enterprises in the new-style agricultural management entities. Then, this article combined with the actual situation of Yunnan province, through analysis of the development of the new-style agricultural management entities status, and found that the problems in the process of new-style agricultural management entities to foster the socialization service system, such as financing, land circulation, and management entities itself. Finally, based on the successful experience of the American family farm, the Japanese farmers cooperatives association, and Holland agriculture leading enterprise, and the successful experience of the Shanghai family farm, farmers’ professional cooperatives in Zhejiang province, leading enterprises in Shandong, aiming at the reality of Yunnan, putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the Nurture of new-style agricultural management entities in Yunnan province, to provide theoretical and decision-making reference for related scholars and government departments.
