Research On Government Investment In The Integration Development Of Urban And Rural

In the process of social transformation in contemporary China, it is more and more prominent that urban and rural development becomes unbalanced, which results in the highlights of contradiction of various types and natures in the process of the reform and development. Under the specific national conditions of China, government investment which tends to the integration of urban and rural development has become the key point to solve the problem, attributed to the special role and function orientation of government in the social, economic and political life. In the process of integration of urban and rural development, it becomes an urgent problem to be solved that how government increases its fiscal expenditure and play an important role in the capital intervention and guidance in order to improve the approaches of rural economic development, increase farmers’ income, improve rural living standards and ultimately achieve the integration of urban and rural development.Based on this, this paper carried out in order to "study" the government investment in the integration of urban and rural development in the process of research. This paper treats the theory of urban-rural relationship and government investment theory as the theoretical basis, using literature analysis approach, qualitative analysis approach and quantitative analysis approach to explore the role and function of government investment in the process of integration of urban and rural development, putting forward the recommended policy of promoting the integration of China’s urban and rural development by strengthening government investment. The main content of this paper is divided into the following four parts:Part I: Introduction. The main account of the background and purpose of this study, the theoretical value of research and practical significance; article on research ideas, research, research methods and innovations may be accountable, to sort out the relevant research literature and commentary.Part II: the integration of urban and rural development theory and government investment. Mainly explains the connotation of integration of urban and rural development and government investment, the theoretical basis for the integration of urban and rural development and government investment, government investment and the integration of urban and rural development, and the correlation study theoretical foundation for subsequent compaction.Part III: Status Chinese urban and rural development in the integration process of government investment. By analyzing the process of China’s modernization urban-rural gap, the difference between urban and rural government investment, reveals the impact of government investment in urban and rural development. Second, to reveal problems with the integration of urban and rural development government investment,providing analysis of samples and for subsequent policy recommendations provide the basis for ensuring follow-up study targeted measures proposed to deal with.Part IV: Chinese urban and rural development policy integration process of government investment advice.
