The Measurement Research Of Regional Innovation Poles Nurturing Capacity

Under the background of economic globalization and knowledge economy, innovation poles has become the main driving force of regional and social economic development, extremely nurturing it has become a very important measure to promote industrial upgrading and economic development. Currently, priority to nurturing innovation poles in aggregating limited resources is the most convenient way to promote regional and national development. Faced with the constrained resources and environment, the international and domestic competition in innovation and technology upgrading as the main feature, problems of innovation poles nurturing ability has gradually became the focus of public attention. Enhance innovation poles nurturing ability and built up the speed of nurturing are the top priority of the regional economic development. How to measure and evaluate regional innovation polesnurturing ability is extremely important issue that must be addressed in the current and future. Therefore, on the basis of the literature reviewed we defines the meaning of nurturing ability first, and then studied the regional innovation poles nurturing ability components, proposed a impact factor analysis model of it and further to the empirical reserch. In the last, we comprehensivly evaluate the regional innovation poles nurturing ability of 11 provinces of our country.Mainly include in the following aspects:First, this paper on the basis of expounding the research status of cultivating ability both at home and abroad, define what is cultivating ability, summarizes the situation of the studies on the ability to measure, and gives the regional innovation poles nurturing ability components, including four elements: industry innovation vigor, regional knowledge support level, regional innovation poles nurturing environment, regional economic development level.Second, according to the components, put forward the theoretical hypothesis and model. Evaluating the fitting effect of model by the method of structural equation modeland verify the theoretical assumptions, which provide the basis for the next step to build regional innovation poles nurturing ability evaluation index system. Third, on the basis of verifing and correcting the component model, we proposed evaluation process of regional innovation poles nurturing ability. We ranking and classificating the innovation poles nurturing ability degree of 11 provinces of our country through cluster analysis and principal component analysis method after buliding the comprehensive evaluation index system. Next, the results are analyzed and discussed, and put forward policy suggestions on the enhance of regional innovation poles nurturing ability, and give a further outlook on the research of regional innovation poles nurturing ability.
