| Accelerating the joint development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, has risen to one of the national strategies. To implement this strategy, we first analyze the cooperative situation and collaborative resources among the three areas. Secondly, we have done research towards the significant economic gap on the industrialization stage between Hebei and Beijing/Tianjin. Thirdly, we have studied the industrial integration process between Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. Fourthly, to establish goals, that is, to create a new pattern of cooperative development. Fifthly, to find the breakthrough which will take over the industrial transfer. Sixthly, take the steps which will guarantee to achieve the goal of joint development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.The thesis employs nonlinear theory, H.Chenery industrialization theory and linear regression models as research methods. The major originalities of the thesis are displayed as follows: first of all, bring up the concept of industrialization gap between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province for the first time, especially turn this gap into potential energy and transmit it to Hebei province. Secondly, target the Hebei province into the "dual-core" heartland, for which is the breakthrough of joint development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebe three areas. Thirdly, make Hebei industrial development priorities to be advanced manufacturing base, services undertaking base, and high-tech industrial development base. |
