Therefore, in the idea of low carbon life more win support among the people on the occasion, the emerging LED lighting industry with green lighting as the core is fast becoming the concern of the industry and technology. To further improve and standardize the project management, to objectively, accurately reflect the effect of reconstruction, lessons learned, provide a reference for future projects, the need of general and special methods, combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation, in order to make the actual evaluation of the project, and to provide scientific basis for the future work of decision. Therefore, financial evaluation financial evaluation of 200 MW solar cell project is very necessary. In addition, the project technology innovation, improve work efficiency, reduce the energy consumption is the direct purpose, and thus indirectly improves the production efficiency, reduce energy costs, and strive for greater economic benefits. This paper is designed according to the technical features of the project, advanced, safety and reliability to maintain technology, economic rationality and objectivity of evaluation. This paper is based on the cost and benefit analysis theory, control and feedback theory and sustainable development theory, using the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative financial analysis on A company LED lighting products production line project. At the same time, in accordance with the requirements of the preliminary design of the project evaluation, combining the project using the accumulated data, statistics, comparison and other methods, based on the quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and analysis of comprehensive and objective assessment of the project.
