As an largely rural country,Chinese agricultural enterprises’ development not only could improve the rural people’s livelihood,but also contribute to push our rural economy forward.However,agricultural enterprises will encounter many develop trouble when they going forward,especially the problem about the HRM.At present,we get little achievement from the existing research.So,this article set XinJiang KangDi Seed Industry,that has giant influence power in north China as an example,combine normative analysis with empirical analysis,take qualitative analysis as the principal factor to study its present situation and the difficult position of the HRM;then utilize management and principle of economics contact with company’s reality propose some suggestion and countermeasure.Anyway,I hope this article could be referred by other agricultural enterprises.This article divide into six chapters,from the logical relation and the existent achievement set out, comprehend KangDi Seed Industry’s difficult position in terms of the HRM by its HR data and the study of manage present situation,then on the basis of agricultural industry’s particularity,summarize lesson,obtain outstanding experience about system environment,policy measure,theoretical research and so on.So because of KangDi Seed Industry be located XinJiang,decided this article’s concrete content as follows:Chapter I is preface, reveals the article’s background,research meaning, the research production from here, research design and method;Chapter II analysed agricultural enterprises’ HRM from theory level,expounded the particularity and influence of agricultural enterprises’ HRM by document and conversation with insider;Chapter III fully aware of present situation of KangDi Seed Industry’s HRM by conversation and conclude for the next study;Chapter IV vias insiders’ state and chapter III’s conclusion, discovered the difficult position about KangDi Seed Industry’s HRM,then analysed;Chapter V combined with management,psychology,and the particularity of agricultural enterprises’ HRM,setted KangDi Seed Industry as target,put forward some countermeasures for its difficult position,will be beneficial to its long-term development;Chapter VI was the article’s conclusion and put forward research expectation,then indicated its boundedness and improvement in the future at the same time.
