In the process of rapid urbanization, the types of land use and landscape pattern changed greatly. And construction land area expansion occupy ecological land caused a series of ecological safety problems. Comprehensive quantitative analysis of the landscape ecological security and evaluation of land use change is still in the exploratory stage, because the complexity of land use change and interaction mechanism of ecological environment change of the environmental factors. However, few study have been conducted to the urban landscape ecological security that research on the expression of quantitative analysis and visualization using GIS and RS technology. In this study, the paper selects the rapid city of West Strait Economic Zone Development of Fuzhou city as an example, with its Landsat images as the data source. A hybrid classification method combined by the supervised classification and unsupervised classification interpretation won the land use classification map, combined with the changes of land use and landscape pattern analysis, the construction of urban ecological security quantitative evaluation index system based on the PSR model. Study on the gradation of Fuzhou urban ecological security. The main content of this paper has the following three parts:(1) This paper summarizes the LU/LC common feature typical sample and image feature information, through the whole process of building a database, a basic example of the image and the key technology to build LU/LC sample image database management system, which its has some versatility. To solve accuracy of instability, interpretation of different standards or other issues in the verification process. The LU/LC sample image database management system make the sample image data to achieve unified storage, order management and real-time updates.(2)Comprehensive utilization of LU/LC sample image database, the LU/LC sample database knowledge is applied in the interpretation of remote sensing images of Fuzhou area in1994,2000,2009,2013.The images were obtained classification accuracy of 87.89%,91.46%,88.35%,88.62%.And accuracy is more stable as well as in line with production requirements. Analysis found that the Fuzhou area is mainly agricultural land, the total area of more than 80%.Farmland,woodland, water area and unused land is reducing, construction land, grassland area wereincreased in Fuzhou from 1994 to 2013.Each administrative district of Fuzhou city, landscape diversity increased, the dominance reduce, the number of patches and fragmentation increased.The ecological security of research area is under threat.(3)Construction evaluation of urban ecological security quantitative concept model based on Pressure-State-Response(P-S-R).Using AHP-Delphi(AHP- expert scoring method) for the right to do on the index factor. Finally, study on the gradation of Fuzhou urban ecological security. The analysis results show that, the urban ecological security level mainly in the state of security. Total land is decreasing with the rapid expansion of the construction of ecological, causing ecological security change obviously. Between 2009 and 2013 landscape very unsafe state area ratio was reduced by 12.5%, and most of them are transformed into critical safety state. The article finally proposed adjustment measures and suggestions of land structure and ecological layout, economy and the sustainable development of urbanization of land use in Fuzhou city.
