| Innovation is an important driving force for enterprise development. More and more enterprises believe that innovation is the fundamental of development. With the rapid development of the Internet technology,the innovation and integration become normal behavior. In China, the explosive growth of internet PE shows the Internet becomes an important innovation direction of PE.Private equity funds play an important role in real economy especially in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. In recent years, the contribution of private equity funds to the GDP is relatively low, about 0.2%-0.5%. However, in the developed countries, the contribution of venture capital funds to GDP is between 1%-2%. This shows that in the future, the prospect of the Internet PE is brighter. The Internet PE will improve the efficiency of the financial market, while reducing the transaction costs. The financial reform is ongoing while the Private equity fund should comply with the pace of innovation to build Internet platform which highlight an important significance.As the words said above, this paper focused in rasing ability of private equity fund on the internet in which the research starts from three aspects,as network marketing,the contract of PE and investors, the strength of PE.This paper build an evaluation model of private equity fund network, discussed four factors which constitute the ability of raising private equity fund network combined with the existing literature. On the basis of the existing literature, questionnaire was designed using spss19.0 to describe the data,also the reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis were used. Then this paper establishes the evaluation model by applying the grey relational degree and fuzzy method. Through the empirical analysis,the four factors as network reputation and network brand, network service, network risk management and control, the fund size of PE can well explain the ability of raising funds by network. |
