Personal consumption credit loan product is a kind of products whose target is consumer, with the features of no mortgage, no pledge, no guarantee, no ensure, high income, short term, and shoestring. Under the background of financial service goes retail and bank loan business goes civilians, it will make a great research and practical significance to design a effective consumption credit loan product which can attract potential consumer, preemptive the high income personal consumption credit market, and remit pressure of the bank profit shrink which the interest rate’s marketization takes.Through the deep analysis to the demand of Chinese consumption credit loan product, this paper finds that consumer prefers the flexible and not complicated credit load product, the consumer’s financing demand is strong, and consumption credit loan prospect is bright. Based on this, this paper makes a deeper analysis to current consumption credit loan market, then realize that whether product can take a successful shot mainly depends on the effective risk management, unique market segmentation strategy and scientific pricing method. All of this offers a clear picture of how to design consumption credit loan product. Besides that, this paper also give a detailed statement to this product’s design method. With the consideration of consumer’s preference, market demand analysis and existing product features, this paper designs a consumption credit loan product which holds better elements, attributes and function. It designs differentiation loan projects based on consumer segmentation, putting risk control treaty into the admittance constraint, so that it can make the product admittance clause and loan sum project more reasonable. By the way of setting a stochastic frontier loan pricing model to differentiation loan pricing, it can not only guarantee the loan interest rate cover the financial cost, risk and profit target, but also consider the client’s acceptability and balance the interest of both sides, and finally make the product price more reasonable.
