After entering twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of the global economy, the competition of comprehensive national strength is no longer market but the asset.National competition, for the enterprise, the key to obtain competitive advantage in the market has also become more and more important talent.This also tell the organization’s managers should change the role--to consider various management measures of the organization will produce what effect on employee from the employee’s perspective, and so as to find out methods to really motivate employees to improve their work enthusiasm,to let them to leave their and enterprise integration.Therefore leads to the relationship between employees and organizations-- a topic of people has been discussed for a long time.Based on the social exchange theory of organizational support has give us a new research direction.It tells people that employees are emotional thought of social workers. As a manager,if you want your employees to give better service for the enterprise, you will have to give them enough support in the first place.So the study have great values and is also very necessary which based on the perceived organizational support.Through the related literature review shows that although both here and foreign scholars have made a certain achievement for the related research on the relationship between perceived organizational support and contextual performance.but the psychological contract as an intermediary variable to discuss their relationship has not been done so far.Based on the above analysis, this paper takes the study on the relationship between perceived organizational support and contextual performance-- taking psychological contract as intermediary variables as research subject.Based on review the relationship between perceived organizational support, psychological contract concept, and contextual performance theory and between the study, revised scale, questionnaire design.Questionnaires were administered to 242 employees, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data collected by SPSS17.0 to investigate the Chinese cultural background, the relationship between perceived organizational support and contextual performance and to explore the mediating role of psychological contract.We got the following conclusions:(1) the perceived organizational support have significant positive influence on contextual performance;(2) the perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on psychological contract;(3) the psychological contract has significant and positive effect on contextual performance;(4) the relationship between perceived organizational support and contextual performance, employee psychological contract play a partial intermediary role.And based on above conclusions put forward related suggestions on improving employee perceived organizational support and psychological contract, finally improve the role of contextual performance.This provides some countermeasures and strategies for the enterprises in the future management and enable better employees work in the future for the enterprise to create value.
