A Research On Joyson Holding’s Growth Strategy Of Merging And Acquisition

With the globalization of economy, enterprises are faced with more complex environment. Owing to the lack of quick and suitable strategy, some enterprises can not continue to develop, some even are faced with bankruptcy.Therefore, it becomes an important subject to study the ways by which enterprises to keep their sustainable growth.With a research on Joyson Holding Company, this dissertation, under a theatrical construct of company growth strategy, analyzes the different development stages of this company, focusing on the analysis of internal and external influences in each stage and their corresponding strategies of domestic M&A and oversea M&A, together with industrial M&A and capital M&A. With a prompt reaction to the valuable opportunities, this company adopted the strategies of M&A and has realized the transformation and upgrade of the production and the internationalization of the company, and thus achieved its sustainable growth.This research result in five pieces of conclusion as follows:(1) in order to ensure the correct direction of the development, the strategy must be chosen in accord with the overall goal of the whole enterprise.(2) The development path must be chosen according to the analysis of the internal and external environment and the specific strategy goal at a particular stage.(3) The strategy of M&A is one of the effective development method to break through the bottleneck of size and barrier of technology.(4) It is really important to choose the correct time and target of M&A in the adoption of external M&A strategy.(5) An effective M&A integration is the key to a successful M&A strategy, which must perforate the whole M&A process.Finally, some suggestions have been listed to ensure a future development of this company, which may contribute some instructive significance to realize the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
