| With the expansion of the shanhaiguan shipyard project, the management of project has become more and more complicated, and contradictions on the project objectives has also increased. At present, the management of project target confines to pursuit the optimization of a single target, but ignores the multi-objective optimization of cost, quality and time. In addition, shipbuilding projects has the characteristics of high risk, so this paper introduces the security objectives and optimize the multi-objective of security, cost, quality and time. The paper establishes a multi-objective integrated management index system to enrich the connotation of project objective management, and uses the grey relation method which can choose the best integrated management option to evaluate the effect of project integrated management.Firstly, this paper reviews the research results of scholars at home and abroad in the project management, target management, integrated management systematically, and identifies it′s focus through analyzing the current situation and problems of shanhaiguan shipyard project management.Secondly, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the multi-objective integrated management of Shanhaiguan Shipyard projects, then puts forward the evaluation index system to the project multi-objective integrated management, which including 4 second grade index—safety, quality, cost and time and 18 third grade index extended from the second grade index. On this basis, the paper analyzes all the indicators.Finally, the paper uses AHP to determine the weight of each objective index and uses grey correlation analysis method to evaluate the all schemes by determining the association degree between the integrated management schemes and the optimal index set. The effective project integration management activities will be taken by evaluating and choosing a optimization scheme of scientific multi-objective integrated management. |
