In recent years, framing effects and emotional how to affect the decision-making have attract more and more researcher’s attention. As a widely known negative emotional state, anxiety can affect cognition and decision-making process else. At present, the main contribution for the anxiety and the decision is that anxiety and risk aversion are positively correlated. The higher the level of anxiety, the more risk aversion decision-makers. But the relationship of anxiety and risk aversion will have what change if in different framework, and what the emotion of anxiety affect the generated of framing effects? These explorations are lack in the current study. To review the existing literature, in order to explore the framing effects in risk decision more depth, we need to solve two key issues:(1) in the risk decision, how to explain the framing effect from the cognitive perspective;(2)what influence of the state anxiety will bring to framing effect, and why will have this affect. In order to solve the above problems, this paper setting risk decision makers as an object, and completed two progressive deep research into the study.Firstly, it reviews of the related literatures in this paper both from here and abroad on the anxiety emotion and the frame properties how to influence the risk decision making, and the problem that we need to solve, further we identify the focus of this paper through analysis of the current outstanding problems in this area.Secondly, we introduce three basic theories: risk decision-making, anxiety and framing effect. These theories can provide the theory support for the later experiment and the experimental results when we discussed. We introduce the principle of eye tracking and introduce the scholars how to use it in cognitive study.Thirdly, we combined the basic theories and the related literatures, we put forward two experimental hypothesis, A 2(positive framing, negative framing)×2(high anxiety, low anxiety) ×2(certain option, risk option)experiment design was adapted. Combine with the method of eye-tracking and E-prime, we explored anxiety emotion how to influence the framing effect on risking decision-making.Finally, we based on the experimental results. Two items of the theoretical contributions of this study are put forward. And combined with the risky decision making in this word, we puts forward some relevant practical suggestions.
