| Up to 2014, the annual gross domestic product of China has reached 63.6463 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.4% over the previous year. There are two basic facts behind the macro data: firstly, our country not only have firmly held the position of the world’s second largest economy, but also is the biggest developing country in the world at the same time; Secondly, China’s economic growth has gradually decline, from 2012 to 2014, the economic growth of only 7.7%, 7.7% and 7.4%, respectively, China formally enter the switch from rapid growth to the middle-rapid growth stage of the new normal. "New normal" economy means not only the past in China mainly depend on investment, cheap Labour as unsustainable model driven more profligate development, our country urgently need to industry transformation and upgrading as well as as the way to innovation as the driving new economic model. Furthermore, due to the influence of population policy in the past, our country is experiencing the plight of the gradual loss of demographic dividend, and per capita income is in the key stage of the "middle-income trap", the superposition of these factors make China’s sustained economic development is faced with great challenge. Historical experience of the world’s major developed countries, due to the disappearance of the demographic dividend and promote industrial restructuring and upgrading process, objectively requires enterprises to achieve a reasonable wage, steady growth, and in order to improve people’s livelihood and promote innovation to drive the development of new economic model.As transition from a planned economy to market economy country, China’s enterprises wage decision mechanism besides is dominated by market factors, is closely associated with all sorts of policy system and administrative power, and even some unique social factors are also the potential affects the enterprise wage growth, it also means building enterprise reasonable salary growth mechanism will be a long-term and complex systematic engineering. Based on "the enterprise reasonable wage growth" to the definition of the connotation of realistic foundation fully expounded as well as to the present enterprise salary growth are summarized on the basis of through from three aspects: economic, institutional and social economic new normal under the influence factors of the enterprise reasonable wage growth mechanism, multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis, multiple points of view and in related analysis is adopted to build models of quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis in this paper, in order to comprehensive, detailed interpretation on this problem. In the end, based on the above research and analysis on the basis of targeted put forward the corresponding policy recommendations, the core points include promoting the Labor market, deepening the reform of collective consultation system reform, the initial income distribution and redistribution system, improving the system of vocational training and reform social security payment system. I hope this article can be in terms of a series of measures from aspects of the market and the system for the construction of economic new normal produce beneficial to promote the enterprise reasonable wage growth mechanism, and expect to improve the worker wage income level, and have a positive impact on the continued development of our economy. |
