Recently years with the rapid development of the Internet financial, traditional banking are under huge pressure. Whether can they hold the position in the market, whether can they win in the fierce competition, it has brought great challenge to the traditional banking. M bank credit card center has quickly put forward the "transition to the Internet company” of grand strategy to face the market situation changes. But could they get success? It depends on the ability of IT ability. The IT team currently in M bank card center was established under traditional bank IT mode, IT also needs to transition so that it could meet the business requirements which need to follow the market changes quickly. Therefore, this article will assess the current status of IT, and find out the deficiencies in IT to help achieve business goals, and Put forward suggestions for improvement.Research ideas and methods of this article is as follows, first of all, research literature, find the methods to evaluate the IT governance at home and abroad, finally chose COBIT5 framework as the theoretical basis of research. First of all, according to the actual situation, choose the "rapid response to the business environment changes" as M bank credit card center enterprise goal, again according to the target cascading COBIT5 relation theory, map the relationship between the enterprise goals, IT goals and IT processes. And detailed studied the 4 major relational IT goals and 27 major relational IT processes which helped achieve the business goal. Then put forward the specific requirements of IT process control target for M bank credit card center according to COBIT5. Finally choose means of questionnaire investigation to assess the selected IT goals achievement. The investigators involved in low-level employees, middle-level managers to the senior leaders. Eventually get M bank credit card center business goal oriented IT evaluation results, find out the deficiency and improvement method in IT management.
