The Research On Fee Income Right Asset-backed Securities Financing For XX City Bus Enterprise

With the urbanization process in China greatly advanced,the industry of city bus service face with a large business development opportunities. The development of business need the changes that rich in route and update vehicle, however, all this changes need a huge financial support. In the situation that expenditure of local government stretched and the financial situation of bus enterprise continued to deteriorate because of the function of welfare, the majority of bus enterprise in our country have met big financial difficulties and need to find widely financing channels. In recent years, in the basis of the right of charge of urban infrastructure, public service corporation use financing pattern of asset-backed securitization(ABS) have gradually raised, however, bus enterprise still not have a try. In this paper, we have a research on the scheme that financing pattern of ABS on fee income right of bus enterprise in XX city, and hope through this way to find out the practical way for bus enterprise to carry on financing pattern of ABS so that the current financing difficulties get to solve, and improving the speed of development of city public transport trade and provide new power to rich the capital market’s structure.In this paper, through an overview of domestic and foreign related research and business practice, combining with the actual situation of XX city bus enterprise, we try to put forward an practicable, covering all aspects,and detailed scheme for xx city to carry on financing pattern of ABS. Firstly, we deeply and roundly analyze the actual condition of company, and then putting forward a scheme that suit for bus company of financing pattern of ABS, finally, we will analyze financial effects and risks that financing pattern of ABS bring, and raise a measures to deal with it.According the analysis on this text, with the support of related policy and local government, public transport enterprises of XX city introduce financing pattern of ABS, which is an effective way to solve financing difficulty of urban public transport development.
