Research Of Customer Value Oriented Supply Chain Performance Evaluation System

With the trend of information technology globalization, customer value oriented supply chain optimization has arisen to meet customers’ needs effectively. Customer value strategy makes supply chain management more accurate and efficient.Applying the supply chain operation reference model,this thesis analyzed supply chain management situation and order delivery process of Company H. In response to the opportunities and challenges followed, customer value oriented supply chain management strategy and customer value oriented supply chain performance evaluation system has been proposed. The thesis established the key customer identification method and mechanism, and rebuilt the customer oriented supply chain delivery metrics as pilot. The method can be applied to any equipment manufacturers in industries,and also contributes to improve customers’ participation and satisfaction in supply chain.
