Research On Management Of Audit Risk Based On The Accounting Firm Of GD

With the advance of economic globalization, China’s market economy continues to move forward, social audits play an increasingly important role in the market economy and become an important tool of the social public to oversight the healthy development of the market economy and the well running of economic activities of enterprises. However, the booming market economy has brought a risk of growing market economy and the increasing complexity of modern audit projects, making the accounting firm’s audit risk also increased. Overall, while China’s accounting firms has established a relatively perfect system, but still lacking in the implementation of the system, also in risk awareness and management, which makes our accounting firms with higher auditing risk when undertaking audit services, if it happens, must will give a huge disaster to accounting firms. For a large number of small accounting firms, it is more likely to be drowned. So how effective the accounting firm manage its audit risk, related to the better survival and development of accounting firm in the future.In this paper, a small accounting firm, GD Accounting Firm, is chosen for example, by studying its audit risk management situation, pointing out the problems with its internal controls, audit-staff professional skill, audit fees, audit methods, analysis the reasons for these problems arising from the audit body, the object of the audit, the audit environment three aspects. Then targeted propose measures to improve GD Accounting Firm’s audit risk from project audit risk management and comprehensive audit risk management aspects, hoping to bring some enlightenment to other small accounting firms on their audit risk management.
