With the development and expansion of the securities market and increasingly standardized, investors concept matures, people began increasingly concerned about the performance of listed companies in the case. Logistics industry as an emerging industry in recent years, especially by the people of concern and attention.This paper selects 25 listed logistics companies as a research object, extract the financial data for the first quarter of 2015 were analyzed, the main use of SPSS statistical software for data factor analysis and cluster analysis of each company’s profitability, operating capabilities and the level of growth capacity and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis and rankings, combined with the analysis results obtained on these companies in various aspects of performance evaluation and the evaluation scores, and then to China Logistics listed company’s overall financial performance level of analysis and forecasting, and to improve the financial situation of listed companies of China’s logistics make recommendations in order to better promote the stable development of China’s logistics industry, to guide investors to correctly grasp the investment opportunity.Factor analysis shows the 25 companies in the operating performance aspects of the comprehensive evaluation form, visually demonstrating the different companies operating capacity, profitability, growth and solvency and other advantages and disadvantages. Factor analysis is that advantage in the analysis of the data may well avoid dimensional difference data to make the results more objective, fair and accurate. Cluster analysis and from another point of view of these companies were classified, the results of the factor analysis cluster analysis played a very good complementary role.
