Studies On The Probloms Of Mergers And Acquisitions And IPOs Of Mining Enterprises

Mining Enterprise’s M&A and IPO, the only access which makes Chinese mining industry from disorder to healthy development. However, due to the special nature of the mining industry, the access needs more unique problems to solve, which specially focusing on four sectors: valuations, mergers and acquisitions law practice, mergers and acquisitions and other financial practices research and practical issues.The first chapterintroduces the research background and significance, and introduces important concepts related to this article, including the focus on the concept of M&A, financial norms, mining rights and so on.The second chapter studies the mining enterprise’s valuation in mining M&A market.
