During the thirty years of China express industry market development, the formation of diversified competition pattern among private express enterprises, international express delivery giant and state owned express enterprises which has the administrative background. Facing many development opportunities, such as express financial, electric, entity service community and the cold chain logistics industry, China private express enterprises should pay more attention to improving the comprehensive enterprise soft strength from team building and effective utilization of resources, in addition to actively upgrading infrastructure hardware capabilities. Based on team theory and incentive theory, this thesis analysis the policy background and competitive environment China private enterprises are currently facing, and the status and problems of enterprise development, team building and enterprise incentive. China private express enterprises must realize the promotion of soft power is the most effective methods to improve the competitiveness.According to the analysis of team building, this thesis constructively raises to construct three types of teams, which are harmonious team, the elite team and multi task team. Firstly, enterprises establish the overall harmonious team by using the values way. Team concept is no longer floating on the surface of the corporate culture and every member in the enterprise integrates into the whole team. The key of harmonious team building is to put harmonious concept into enterprise daily operation, which begins from the introduction of personnel to the rational allocation and effective utilization of human resources. The final purpose is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all members of the enterprise. Secondly, in addition to maintaining the existing teams established by the organization structure, enterprise build cross regional elite team between the personnel who engaged in similar business from the horizontal angle and put forward the concept of the elite team gradient. For example, express delivery business, the customer service business and express transit business. Elite team building aims to enhance the basic team internal learning efficiency, promote mutual learning and competition overall transverse personnel and promote the overall level of ability and efficiency. Thirdly, the construction of multi task team is the integration of personnel involved in the express will be related the whole business process. The tasks for the team member are to supply the same service for common customer in addition to their daily tasks. The multi task team can integrate each link of the whole business process, give the sense of responsibility and mission for team members and supply the customers with high quality service core.In the incentive strategy, this thesis designs the questionnaire content involved twelve team incentive factors and eight person incentive factors and researches deeply the importance recognition of factors and the actual feeling at their work during China private express enterprise’s employees. Comparing and analyzing the results of investigation and interview, this thesis puts forward many methods of team motivation. Such as, harmonious team incentive strategies consisted of team culture, teamwork and participation in management. The team incentive strategies for the elite team and multi task team consist of compensation and benefits, management system, training and learning and post promotion. Meanwhile, it provide incentive strategies combining team incentive with person incentive which consists of three individual incentives in personal life, work autonomy and work achievement. It may be a reference for the implementation of incentive strategy of China private express enterprises to come up with team incentive strategies.The formation of transnational express network chain, the attention of express delivery course, the establishment, maintenance and innovation of various information systems, electronic commerce platform to build and crossover more industry development… many business need the joint efforts of all the members from China private express enterprise. Therefore, it is helpful for effectively improving the soft power of enterprises and creating China express enterprise brand image to strengthen the enterprises of all staff to coordinate and cooperate, build high performance team based on the established organizational structure, make the team incentive strategy fully attach the need of team and team development, and play a positive incentive effect on all member.
