Reserch On The Operation Mode Of A Incubator Business And Its Application

As an important part of the national i nnovation system, the incubator has already become the main force of technology innovation. The incubator business of company A started relatively late and built up an incubator prototype, but it is still not mature, and even in some aspects still exists so me problems. And no effective operation m ode has become its bottleneck in the development.This paper take company A’s incubator business status as the starting point, based on the studies of incubator ope ration model of domestic and foreign, combined with theory the analysis of "three T riple Helix Innovation Model" and designed the "investment + service " operation m ode. These entire make the pro posed has been verified. In addition, through the research of this paper, there are som e conclusions as follow:1. Full inspiring the government on policies to guide, identifying and screening the incubation firms and integrating relative service resources are the key elements to build up successful incubator’s operation mode.2. The governments, universities, enterprises and incubators can form a value chain system. Each part is not only the resource absorption, but also the system of energy supplier, which is the prerequisite and foundation of the whole system.3.Incubator company has its profitable re quirements. The incuba tor has to integrate these recourses of governm ents, universities and technology interm ediary to create a good business environm ent for the in cubated enterprises. Due to the ir rapid development, the incubator can obtain the profits.4. There are two key factors to realize th e "investment + service" operation model of incubator. One is the screen ing the in cubated enterprises strictly to reduce the investment risk of incubator. Another one is building a good service system as its core competitiveness to attract the quality of enterprises(projects) in.5. Taking "investment + service" as the incubator business core of com pany A in this paper tries to make its incubators business to further development. It proved that A company’s choice on incubator operation mode is correct.
