It also includes coordinating with organizations, achieving deman ding targets in a time-constraint environment and above all, with limited resources at ha nd. Enterprise value chain is a collection of valuable activities that involve comprehensi ve research, which in turn can maximize corporate value and assist in gaining a competi tive advantage. This article will synergize project management with real estate value cha in and explore a management optimization program, which would boost the competitive advantage of a real estate enterprise.Earlier we had employed project management and value chain theory to analyze th e internal and external environment and resources capacity of YM estate. It was found o ut that the traditional value chain management system is no longer effective in the devel opment of real estate business in today’s rapidly changing market environment. This arti cle also points out the loopholes in the YM real estate value chain management.In addition, through analysis and demonstration five stages of real estate value chain, this article explains the necessity and feasibility on the basis of real estate value chain management. At the same time, combined with the actual management situations of YM estate, it describes that YM estate implements project management on value chain is viable, and proposes optimizing idea.Finally, amalgamated with the actual management situations of the YM estate, this article uses the optimizing idea of project management on value chain to formulate a cor responding optimization program on YM real estate value chain management. The guide lines propose six ways: rebuild organizational structure, establishment of a full-service coordination and control mechanism,enhancement of value chain management at each st age,construction of competitive security system, integration of value chain resources.To sum up, this article overviews the effectiveness of project management on the YM estate value chain. |
