In current economic conditions, how to achieve people’s motivation is always one of the kernel problem on business management. China’s economic structure has brought great changes, the most significant feature is the rapid rise of China’s private family business, which has become an important composition of market economy. With its adaptable, flexible of management mode, to realize rapid development in family business. However, with the changes of social external environment and the rapid development of family business, its own disadvantages have shown, Which become the main factor restricting stable and sustainable development of family business in our country.In the present work, the development status of Qingdao YH Petrochemicals Limited Company were investigated. Research on development history and incentive mechanism of the Limited Company in recent decade, to identify the crux of turn-over, wage inequality or lack of executive force,Analysis the importance of incentive mechanism in family business, study the concept connotation, presentation and the mode of action, disccuss to make application of incentive mechanism in business management.According to the business practice of the issues raised above, this article discusses from strengthening performance appraisal systems, enhance the sense of competition; improving the enforcement of management and incentive system; reforming the salary system, various incentives were been synthetically applied; strengthening the motivation of enterprise culture and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
