National audit is the immune system of the economic society, is an important component of national governance, which plays an important role in safeguarding national interests, protecting people’s rights and interests, maintaining social stability and so on. Economic responsibility audit is an important part in the national audit, is an audit system with Chinese characteristics. It has a unique role in strengthening the supervision of leading cadres and promoting the construction of a clean and honest administration. Under the new world, the society pays more attention to the resources and environmental problems. In order to improve the role of the economic responsibility audit, this article studies on the responsibility audit evaluation of the AQ city mayor. And this article discuss on AQ mayor economic responsibility audit evaluation content, index, methods, standards and other aspects.This article investigated the present situation of economic responsibility audit evaluation of AQ city mayor, analyzed the evaluation content, evaluation index, evaluation method and evaluation standard. Some Insufficient was found during the investigation. For example, the lack of reflection of the deficiency in the resource environment and social development, the audit scope remaining to be broadened. The audit evaluation has index which is scattered, not systematic and comprehensive. The audit evaluation lacks a quantifiable and comprehensive audit result. So it is necessary to improve the all aspects of AQ mayor’s economic responsibility audit evaluation.In view of the problems existing in practice, this article improves the evaluation content, evaluation index, evaluation method and the evaluation standard of AQ mayor’s economic responsibility audit. In the evaluation content, referring to Urban Ecology, the evaluation content is divided into three aspects:economy, society and ecology, which embodies the integrity, comprehensive and logical of the content. Then, this article constructs the evaluation index system of AQ mayor’s economic responsibility audit. In order to improve the science of evaluation index system, this article conducted index selection through questionnaires. On evaluation methods, this article introduces the analytic hierarchy process. By constructing the AHP model, questionnaire survey, matrix calculation, group decision making, obtaining the weight of each index in the evaluation system, which provides a quantitative base of the evaluation results. In addition, this article determines the evaluation standards of each index.After the improvement and perfection of AQ mayor’s economic responsibility audit evaluation, this article presents a comprehensive evaluation plan on the performance of the AQ city mayor. Through determining the evaluation index score, calculating the comprehensive score, auditing evaluation, analyzing evaluation result, realized the comprehensive assessment on the performance of AQ city mayor. Finally, this article obtained the comprehensive evaluation results. This paper also analyzed the evaluation results.Finally, the study and innovation points are summarized. The lack of research was proposed and the next research is prospected. The innovation point of this article is mainly reflected in two aspects.
