The foreign-funded enterprises have already become the very important component of Chinese economy. W Company that I am working for is one of the foreign-funded enterprises. At present, W Company need to consider at first is as following:How to change our ideas in the existing situation, strengthen financial control, study a set of management methods to satisfy the needs of the industry competition development period and control means, make the company to occupy the market as soon as possible. The thesis discusses the problems in the internal financial control system of W Company, and analyzes the source of the problems, then builds a set of feasible solutions on the basis of the discussion and analysis. In order to effectively improve the enterprise’s financial regulatory system, must adopt advanced technology, paying special attention to using the way of "mobile" means of information technology application.This paper introduces the background, purpose and significance, content and methods and the research status of domestic and overseas at present. Learn from the principal-agent theory, the financial hierarchical management theory and the internal control theory. Discuss the financial regulatory status and existing problems of W Multinational, analysis the problems in financial regulation of W Multinational. Build the remote financial regulatory model of W Multinational. Improve the management and operation mode problem, reduce the cost of operation and management, improve the work efficiency, the HQ realize distance supervision of foreign subsidiary by the application of mobile information. The Using of mobile devices remote supervision solve the communication and information processing problems that caused by the geographical difference and time difference, through the management make transnational enterprise’s financial management from static to dynamic, by later to achieve real-time, extend the quality, efficiency and connotation of enterprise financial management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Internal financial control is not only a theoretical problem, but also is a very strong operational practice, there are plenty of problems needing further studied.
