Nowadays, with promising developing value and application foreground, the new energy industry has become one of the burgeoning industries that all countries compete to develop. As the clean and environmental new energy, solar energy which can reduce the discharge of carbon dioxide plays an important role in low carbon life. Photovoltaic industry has become the origin of force of new energy development. Particularly after the worldwide financial crisis, the world’s major economies have supported the photovoltaic industry as a new economic growth point to nurture. Under the effect of policy supporting, investment pushing and demand pulling, photovoltaic industry is developing rapidly in the world. Photovoltaic industry, a new industry that the government encourages and supports, has formed its own characteristics and has begun to take shape in China. With excellent quality and low price, Chinese photovoltaic products occupy a relatively large share in the international market. Chinese PV enterprises, such as Suntech, LDK and JZYG, has become the main suppliers of the world photovoltaic market. However, behind the rapid development of photovoltaic industry, the world’s photovoltaic industry overcapacity and cut-throat competition have begun to show up. Some countries also launched anti-dumping and countervailing investigation against Chinese photovoltaic products. They do not recognize China’s full market economy status, but abuse trade remedy measures for trade protectionism. Under such circumstance, China PV products export has been limited, and China PV industry experiences a "roller coaster".This poses a new challenge for the PV enterprises in China:how to break the lasting impact of vicious competition and overcapacity, how to response to the effect of anti-dumping and countervailing trend from the destination country in the new situation, and how to go through the crisis. Studying how to deal with the series of problems produced by anti-dumping and countervailing has a far-reaching impact on promoting the healthy development of international trade and dealing with trade protection effectively and has realistic meaning to promote the business activities of enterprises. This dissertation takes "how the JZYG energy group come out the predicament leaved by anti-dumping and countervailing" as the ultimate objectives, focusing on the analysis of the problems that JZYG energy group has encountered, using anti-dumping and countervailing case’s backgrounds and effects as the clue. The thesis puts forward suggestions for the group that enhancing the awareness of foreign trade crisis, optimizing product structure, improving the operating management level, focusing on domestic demand to build a new path for JZYG energy group to grow sturdily.
