Study On Development Strategy Of SJ Company

The Enterprise Development Strategy is a scientific strategy for an enterprise to adapt the change of surroundings and then take advantage of it, institute policy for the long-term strategy, target and action.Based on analyses for present development situation and future development tendency of the national construction industry, the author did researches on the development strategy of “SJ cooperation” which puts efforts on pioneering work of construction business, including analyzing macroscopic environment, market environment, pioneering business environment and competition environment that “SJ cooperation” is confronted with; analyzing the development history, current strategies, enterprise resources and advantages on ability and competition the cooperation have; analyzing the implementation schedule of the original strategy. Then the future development strategies of “SJ cooperation” are formed: implementing low-cost policy, differentiation on diversed fields as well as the targeting strategy on centralizing differentiation; implementing business development strategy “1134”; implementing the constructive strategy that brand, talent, technology must share the idea of innovation. At the same time, the author put forward measures to guarantee the implementation of the strategy: establishing a reasonable governance structure for the cooperation; structuring a self-organizing and self-adapting organization; innovating the development pattern of the enterprise; building the core competitiveness which contains cultural competence and knowledge competitiveness.The study of enterprise strategy mentioned in this thesis was done by effective use of series of scientific methods like documentary research, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, and systematical analysis. The author hopes that the article can be a proper reference to the development of “SJ cooperation”.
