The high speed of the Internet and telecommunications technology development has promoted the development of procession of mobile data services. Rich Internet content and trend of intelligent mobile products let more and more mobile phone to user try or experience the rich mobile new business foe bringing wonderful life. On the other hand, data service has become the important weapon in the fight for market each big operators and developed as operators an important source of revenue. Therefore, a large part of the telecom operators’ energy has been on numerous data operations.On the one hand, Data service is numerous, but marketing resources are limited. As China mobile, plus there is cooperation with the SP data business hundreds of species, commonly used there are dozens of different operations. Many data business development needs to consume large amounts of marketing resources. On the other hand, for privacy and human rights consciousness has been gradually enhanced with the development of the society. Simple and crude way of marketing will not only cause bother to customers, and even cause customer psychological inversion. It will have a negative impact on the development of enterprises. Customer feelings in all kinds of marketing activities become an important factor to consider.Comprehensive described above, this paper mainly based on the data mining theory and took the customer as the center, constructs a model of CPC - business -channel relationship. Calculation by means of data analysis and data modeling customer may deal with business and preference of the channel. And in between and among customers, products and channels can help build a bridge of a smooth. Let every customer can have suitable products under the appropriate channels to recommend.
