These basic elements also provided the basic data to the financial evaluation of the project, scientific, accuracy, objectivity of the data,determines the quality of economic evaluation is good or not. these factors will directly affect result of the project evaluation. In this paper, through the project payback period,internal rate of return, net present value, uncertainty analysis and so on each financial index analysis and evaluation, analysis of project investment value in return.Is also an integral part of the environmental evaluation, project investment and operation, are closely associated with today’s environmental protection, this article from each project to evaluate environmental indicators of the project, analysis the correlation of projects on the environment.
