CH Group is a television, refrigerator, IT, air conditioners, refrigerators, digital communications, network services, a secondary power supply, small appliances, commercial electronic systems industry as one of the diversified multinational companies. The company philosophy of 3C integration, the integration of global IT resources, the establishment of a national Changhong Technology Center. The company has been based on "confidence, toughness, open" technology policy, the creation of an open-ended research and innovation system. To fully embrace the Internet era from 2008 to the beginning of the transition from the traditional 3C home appliance industry, according to coordinate policy and increase the upstream vertical integration of critical components industry, has formed a more perfect system of information industry.According to "coordinate" development strategy in 2005 the company established in the direction of the industry value chain, extending to the core technology and key parts strategy, focusing on integrated circuit design, embedded software design, display three core technical capabilities. With the recent rapid development of LTPS(low-temperature liquid crystal silicon) industry, with the rapid development of new LTPS-LCD and AMOLED display, a new generation of display devices. This article is designed to help the son of company COO CH Group Company under the external environment and their own strengths, weaknesses LISP formulate their own industrial development.In this paper, PEST, SWOT strategic analysis method, the first step to proceed from the external environment, analyzing the external environment in which the company currently COO industry with the development of the display industry to LTPS-based LTPS-TFT and AMOLED in the next ten within five years to replace the existing amorphous silicon LCD and PDP products, and as consumer demand continued to grow.
