In the 21th century, because the fourth WTO ministerial conference, namely, the Doha round talk, did not reach an agreement, most states turn to regional free trade agreement. They want to try a different way to realize their goals, building a new global trade system to achieve their own state interests. Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) and Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) are the two most influential agreements led by United States. These two agreements are famous for their high standard rules and they have been the focus of the world.TPP and TTIP are the economic strategy, which the United States uses to coordinate with the Return to the Asia Pacific Strategy. The United States attempts to contain China’s leadership in Asia-Pacific and to achieve the initiative in shaping new international trade rules, reducing influence of emerging economies and regaining leadership of Asia-Pacific.Faced with TPP and TTIP, China should have a positive attitude toward this and make a new plan about international trade strategy. Taking the neighboring countries as basis, building a free trade area net that open to the whole world. In the same time, to speed up the free trade area construction, to improve the level of all free trade areas, to realize the diversification of foreign trade market. All in all, China should do its best to find a way to TPP and TTIP.
