Research On Choice Of Individual Housing Financial Development Model Under China’s Socialist Market Economy

In China, in order to solve the housing problems of urban residents, the state established the basic housing system, the basic content is the set of policies and methods practiced on housing. China’s housing system is one component of economic reform our country is directly related to the ability to obtain the protection of fundamental rights of all urban residents. The late 1970 s early eighties, China began to carry out individual housing system reform. After thirty years of personal housing system reform, the reform has made great achievements, but still there are some aspects of the problem of housing.This paper is divided into four sections for choice of individual housing finance model were studied and analyzed. The author first in the introduction to the research background, research, research methods, and so do a presentation; followed in the next three chapters on the current housing system and the process of China’s reform of the sort. On the development history of China’s housing system to do a comprehensive analysis of the second chapter, noting the development of individual housing finance current situation and problems, and a brief summary. In the third chapter of a moment of individual housing finance overseas development model, the problem is the first part of the fourth chapter proposed combined experience of overseas countries put forward corresponding countermeasures.Finally, the author of the housing system reform related to learn from the experience base, combined with the reality of China’s housing system, put forward their views on the choice of individual housing finance model, and proposes the establishment of individual housing loans as the main commercial individual policy for assisted housing finance financial system, which is the overall direction of the future development of individual housing finance model in China.
