Study On Environmental Education System Of The Songhua River Wetland In Harbin

As an integral part of the ecological tourism, Ecotourism environmental education gave full play to the function of the ecotourism environmental education which could maintain the energy of the scenic spot and take better protection of the environment. But at present domestic ecotourism often do not attach importance to the development of environmental education, many scenic spots hanging was just in the name of ecotourism, while loss of the reality of the ecological tourism. Environmental education could implement directly influence the development of ecological tourism scenic spot, as a result, the ecological tourism environment education system became an important issue.In recent years, the study of ecotourism environmental education focused on environmental education content and the way of discussion, the design of the environmental interpretation system, as well as scenic tourist environmental education strategy, develop a series of ecotourism environmental education system, but the system is the basis of the cognition of visitors behavior, or the analysis of tourism resources, rather than on the ecotourism environmental education itself which reduce to the strategy of the lack of overall concept.This paper using the questionnaire, Delphi method and the system diagnosis model, tried to comb research to the problems existing in the ecotourism environmental education, the causal relationship between ecotourism environmental education target system was proposed. In order to through the establishment of target system to develop more targeted and practical strategies of environmental education, to build the ecotourism environmental education system.Based on the overview of Harbin Songhua river wetland, based on the analysis, combined with the research to the ecotourism environmental education present situation investigation and the analysis results, built with the concept of "the ultimate goal target, principle, the policy target, and specific goals for the architecture of Harbin Songhua river wetland ecotourism environmental education target system, and USES structural equation model (SEM), from the Angle of community participation in feasibility inspection target system. According to the target system, from large, medium and small scale put forward three different Harbin Songhua river wetland ecotourism environmental education strategies, achieved the goal oriented construction of eco-tourism environmental education system. The main findings of the article and results of the study were:1.Harbin Songhua river wetland health had close to ecological threshold, the development of wetland ecotourism was still in its infancy stage, lack of serious environmental education. Ecotourism environmental education goals were not clear severely hampered the sustainable development of Harbin Songhua river wetland ecotourism.2.The tourist market in Heilongjiang province, especially in Harbin city and surrounding areas is given priority to, therefore, more attention in the aspect of environmental education research community, by establishing the feedback mechanism, dialogue platform, create a community atmosphere, assistance and training residents to participate in the eco-tourism environmental education.3.Harbin Songhua river wetland ecotourism environmental education target system, i.e., according to the concept of "the ultimate goal-target, principle, the policy target, and specific goals for the architecture of the target system in Harbin ecological tourism concept, and is feasible.4.Goal oriented was proposed in this paper, combined with the scale difference point of view, and built the ecotourism environmental education system, for the development of environmental education in the future provide new method and train of thought, the development of Harbin Songhua river wetland ecotourism environmental education has great theoretical and practical significance.
