Reserch About Payment Risk Of Chinese Intermediary Trade

With the globalization developing and the intense competition of international market, international trade is not simple business of import and export any more, and intermediary trade has more quotas in international trade businesses. In the past, Singapore,HK and London are as international financial center, which are famous for intermediary trade. But with China reformation, joining WTO and highly increasing economic growth, intermediary trade develop obviously in China, and China is facing the relative risk and problem of intermediary trade.First this thesis introduces the characters of intermediary trade according to its definition and business process. Second, it narratives some payment type of intermediary trade. Finally, in the light of the example of business practice, it focus on analyzing the payment risk, which the middleman and the bank are facing. Meanwhile, it describe the corresponding measures to the relative risk. The propose of this thesis is that, according to research basis from former, with the developing view, it analyzes the risk under the intermediary trade payment, which is including exchange rate risk, payment risk under the letter credit and financial risk. And it also offer the measures to avoid the risk for the intermediary trade business.
