Sino-russian Border Trade Transition, A Starting Point For Study Of China-russia FTZ Development

After the 2008 financial crisis, the global economy and trade were seriously affected, and trade protectionism aroused. Under this international environment, in-depth cooperation with neighboring countries has been mentioned gradually. China and Russia are the two largest Eurasian country, with thousands of kilometers of border line, has great potential on the economic and trade cooperation. Sino-Russian border area is mainly located in China Northeast and Russian Far East, just the area most needing development both of China and Russia. For China, the further development of the Sino-Russian border trade can promote economic development of the northeast region, and for Russia, it also can promote economic development of the Russian Far East.This article mainly uses the method of comparative analysis, discusses the ways of further cooperation on Sino-Russian border trade.Chapter One illustrates the background and significance of this paper.Chapter Two outlines the involved research theories of this paper.Chapter Three stresses on the objective analysis of the Sino-Russian trade and border ports, summarizes existing problems of Sino-Russian trade.Chapter Four focuses on the relationship between regional economic integration and the development of border trade. Through the comparative analysis of the effects of radiation on regional economic development and the status of existing free trade zone, introduces a suggestion of choosing "Sui Fen He" as a free trade zone pilot unit to starting the Sino-Russian border transition.Chapter Five discusses related content about the transition to China-Russia free trade zone base on simple Sino-Russian border.Finally, came to the conclusion that China Northeast could try out the transition from simple Sino-Russian border to China-Russia free trade zone in China Northeast.
