It can be used to substitute, change or even monitor the spontaneous respiratory cycle based on the pressure different generated by the motor.The development of CPAP device highly depends on the local medical industry. Compared to the developed medical system of western world, Chinese CPAP industry is still a fledgling market.Healthcare reform and Patient Protect Acts were enacted to make sure quality of medical device follows the expectation. This article focuses on the contents, objectives and priorities of the Healthcare Acts enacted after the Chinese Medical Reform. Base on the analysis of “lack of innovation, low diagnosis capacity”, seeking to find the solution of CPAP device development by learning from the developed medial system.
