Under the background of CAFTA bilateral trade in goods comparison problem, is the field of international trade an important research topic in both theory and practice. Under the framework of CAFTA system constraints, China and ASEAN countries trade in goods of the links are full of complexity, how to reasonably construct a scientific system of international trade, how to more effectively meet the regional fair trade, must be effective balance of long-term cooperation and short-term competition, the first problem. CAFTA in China under the background of Malaysia goods trade and comparative study of basic needs, from the current urgent perfection of rules of origin, negotiating multiple game mechanism, and improve the operation efficiency of regional economic cooperation mechanism the importance. Its practical significance is more obvious, to further improve the economic integration of East Asia under the CAFTA framework provides system safeguard, is the effective way of optimizing CAFTA framework agreement.On the background of CAFTA China and Malaysia goods trade in the international market environment, Malaysia is an important member of ASEAN, China is also in the ASEAN region one of the most important trade partners, the horse trade in goods in China and ASEAN trade is very typical and representative. CAFTA framework of the strategy of free trade between the two countries have the most direct, most often, the most important effect. Since 2002, China- ASEAN Free Trade Area since the start of China and Malaysia, the rapid development of bilateral trade,2004-2011 Malaysia for 4 consecutive years to become China in the ASEAN region’s second largest trading partner of Malaysia in2011, more than Singapore Chinese in the ASEAN region’s largest trading partner, with bilateral import and export amounted to 69369000000 U.S. dollars, accounting for China and ASEAN39.14% of the total amount of goods trade. The bilateral trade shows, current environment construction of China and Malaysia trade in goods between theory and practice in the framework of horse, between goods trade to do preliminary research and discussion with the necessity and feasibility.Based on the above considerations, this study analyzed the background of CAFTA China and Malaysia goods trade theory, comparative advantage theory, discussed regionregionalspecializationtheory,regionaltraderesourceallocationtheory,transactioncosttheory,withintheregionunderthebackgroundofcaftagame,ftatradeeffecttheoryresearch,ftatradeeffectofexperienceontheotherhand.secondly,combinedwiththebackgroundofcaftachinaandmalaysiagoodstradecharacteristicandotheraspects,focusingonchinaandmalaysia,bilateraltraderelationshiptightnessaswellaschinaandmalaysiagoodstradepatternchanges,theportionfromthefollowingperspectives:analysisofchinaandmalaysiatradegrowthinchinaandmalaysia,bilateraltrade,chinaandmalaysia,bilateralcomplementarythevolumeoftradeinchinaandmalaysia,bilateraltradegoodsstructurechanges,thetwocountries’ tradeincommoditiesmarketopeningdegree.thenspreadunderthebackgroundofcaftachinaandmalaysiagoodstradeanempiricalanalysis,mainlyfromthefollowingseveralaspectsarediscussed,namely,underthebackgroundofcaftachinaandmalaysiagoodstradecomparisonmodeltest,underthebackgroundofcaftachinaandmalaysiatradeingoodsunderthebackgroundofcaftacomparativecontentsetting,chinaandmalaysiagoodstradecomparisonofmodelselection,drawthefollowingseveralaspectsconclusions:bilateraltradeingoodsimportedgoodsstructuredifference;bilateraltradeingoodsimportedgoodssizedifferences;bilateraltradeingoodsexportgoodsstructuredifferencesbetweengoodstradeexportgoods;scale;thetwogoodstradetariffmechanismdifferenceofbilateraltradeingoods;tradedisputesbetweentwocountriestradeingoods;logisticsdistributiondifference.finally,fromtheimportandexporttradebalance,restraindisorderlycompetition,breakingmarketbarriers,acceleratethetariffcoordinationmechanism,improvethecompetitivenessofaseanfourangle,putforwardthepolicyadviceofframe.
