Second, analyze the Status of assets appraisal quality control. Combining with the present situation, analyze The necessity of the application of control chart in valuation quality control. Simultaneously, discuss the feasibility from the current qualifications, operational and economic. Third, based on quantitative scoring in the inspection of valuation quality, design the selection of characteristics in valuation quality control indicators; From the aspect of stratified sampling and sampling interval, design data collection scheme; Select control chart based on the correlation of the data; design the drawing process of control charts and analyze. Finally, according to the design, simulate application of control charts in order to quickly and effectively find valuation quality problems and improve it to enhance the quality.
