The Research Of Economic And Social Development Of Henan Based On The Financial Deepening

Since 2004, when the rise of central China, Henan as the backbone of the rise of central China, its economic development has made great achievements.Zhengzhou act as the center in the Zhongyuan urban agglomerations,Luoyang as the deputy center,Kaifeng, Jiaozuo, Luoyang, Pingdingshan, Jiyuan, such as regional city for the node, they form a closely linked.It total occupies 58,700 square kilometers of land area and 38.72 million of population,Henan is a large area province province and populous provinces,It is based on the traditional industry agriculture in the past, now under the leadership of the national policy,it is in the transformation of financial and industrial big province, we have accelerated the construction of financial markets and financial products, our goal is to become a internationalization, modernization and innovative new center, including the new district--Zhengbian-- as the rise of Henan province for the first project,it became the first growth pole, the rise of central has important strategic significance to Henan economy. In September 2011, along with the State Department in support of speeding up the construction of the zone’s guidance is issued,marking the central Henan urban agglomeration promotion to zone into national strategies, there is no doubt that the full support of national policy for the Henan economy with strong power.In this paper, through the deep understanding of financial deepening theory,put the macroeconomic of Henan province as the research object, we analysis the economic and financial development in Henan province in recent years, make research in recent years of economic growth in Henan province and the present situation of the people’s living standards and achievements.Through the analysis and study the influence factors of economic and social development, focus on analyzing profound influence in the process of economy and society in Henan province.The paper analyses the economic and social development of Henan province and the future prospects of financial deepening reform, and provide resolution strategy to financial deepening and economic reform problems.The article is divided into five parts, the first part is introduction, mainly introduces the research background and research significance of financial deepening theory, and then introduce the research status at home and abroad for the theory of financial deepening, finally a brief introduction to the research methods and innovation of this article.The second part discusses the significance of financial deepening and economic development, as well as the proposed process of financial deepening theory.The third part detailed financial and economic development of Henan province, through analysis the present situation of Henan credit balance of financial institutions and the scale of the development of the banking financial institutions to illustrate the level of financial and economic development situation of Henan province, finally selected the index to measure the degree of economic and social development.This article selects four indicators: economy scale index(henan GDP/national GDP), financial development efficiency index(the added value of the added value of the current finance/current GDP), scale of financial institutions development index(total assets-total liabilities), government tax index(tax/GDP) four index on behalf of the three aspects : economic, financial and people’s living standard.The fourth part mainly introduces the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to measure of the degree of economic and social development of Henan province, this paper introduces the principle of analytic ierarchy process(AHP), and then analyzes the applicability of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) in this study, finally we detail how to use the analytic hierarchy process to measure the degree of economic and social development in Henan province.At the end of the article, I make summarize of the validation result, combine the present economic development situation and the efficiency of financial deepening. Based on the analysis of problems in the process of economic and social development, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions,and promote the development of economy for the better.
